Fin Consorzio has gained and acquired experience and know-how that has allowed it to strengthen its presence in the management, design and completion of tasks in financial projects. The concession contracts (Design, Construction and Management) represent a rapidly growing area for Fin Consorzio. Concession agreements enable a partnership between Public and Private sectors (Project Finance) to be structured, aimed at creating and managing public infrastructure through the involvement of private operators who already become stakeholders in the financing phase.

One of the projects int its final phases is the building and management of the natural gas distribution network in 15 areas around the Pelonico basin. The project involves building pipelines, equipment and distribution networks in all the inhabited areas of the Municipalities adhering to the convention and will allow the  methane gas network to be linked throughout the whole of Sicily.
